Mr Mithilesh Kumar Sinha has more than 40 years of experience in planning, implementation and operation of coal projects. Mr. Sinha has been the CMD of Northern Coalfields Limited and CMD of Eastern Coalfields Limited as well. He was Director (Tech.) Coal India Ltd and Director (Tech.) C.M.P.D.I.  Govt. of India has certified him as a RQP – Recognized Qualified Person for preparation of Mining Plans for Coal/ Lignite blocks. He has been decorated with “Deewan Bahadur D.D Thacker Coal Mining (Gold Medal)” for his outstanding contribution in Coal Mining by the Mining, Geological and Metallurgical Institutes of India.

Mr. S.P.Sinha is having an experience of more than 34 years to his credit. He has devoted his major period of experience in the fields and has vast experience of Exploration Plan, undertaking Drilling, and detailed Geological Field Studies. He has the distinction of operating under difficult conditions. He also remained as head of Drilling in Regional Institute – III , CMPDIL, Ranchi for more than a decade. Mr S.P.Sinha is heading the Exploration Services Dept.

Mr. H.L. Sapru has vast experience in design, construction and operation of Coal Washeries. Mr. Sapru is a Bachelor in Mineral Engineering (1968 Batch) from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar Kashmir. He completed his Postgraduate Diploma (D.I.S.M) and later M.(Tech) in Mineral Engineering from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. He was awarded Gold Medal from ISM Dhanbad. Mr. Sapru is backed by more than 37 years of experience of which he has been with Jindal Strips Ltd and later with Bird & Co for operation of their coke oven batteries. Thereafter Mr Sapru worked as GM Washery Operations and later as GM Washery Construction with BCCL and CCL of Coal India Ltd.

After superannuation Mr. Sapru joined Monnet Group to take up assignment of establishing Washery Division which is now engaged in Design, Construction and Operation of Washeries. His expertise is available for the Coal Beneficiation Services of the group.
