About Monnet Foundation:

Monnet Foundation, a trust set up by Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited actively participates in the welfare of the local community. Monnet Foundation aims to create a spectrum of opportunities for communities, individuals through several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and sincerely works towards generating livelihood for many.

Since its inception, the Foundation has initiated several activities that have benefited the rural and urban poor in the areas of formal Education & Schooling in Monnet DAV Public Schools in Raipur & Raigarh, Health & Hygiene, Vocational Training and Infrastructure Development.

Under the guidance and supervision of Mrs. Seema Jajodia, Monnet Foundation has supported and founded various charities, people benefit institutions currently, it is supporting interventions in the States of Chhattisgarh, Orissa and Delhi.

Monnet Foundation also supports programs for working children (Khoj, Delhi) & Mentally Challenged Children (Sahan).To give a push to the pace of development activities, the Foundation has started collaborative approach by engaging the family members of employees to participate in the social work program implementation.

With a firm commitment towards CSR, Monnet Foundation has taken many strong but quiet initiatives in last one decade.
