Coal Washeries

Monnet Group is setting up a Coal Washery at Talcher in Orissa, involving investments of $9.6 million USD.

The above is in addition to the projects Monnet Group has bid for various coal fields whose outcomes are eagerly awaited by the group.

These projects on the anvil, where the group has plans for constructing washeries under BOM scheme for Coal India Ltd. and bids have been submitted for the following washeries:

• Madhubad Washery of BCCL – 5.0 MTPA – Coking Coal
• Patherdih Washery of BCCL – 5.0 MTPA – Coking Coal
• Dugda Washery of BCCL – 2.5 MTPA – Coking Coal
• Ashok Washery of CCL – 10 MTPA – Non-Coking Coal
• Basundhara Washery of MCL – 10 MTPA – Non-Coking Coal
• Jagannath Washery of MCL – 10 MTPA – Non-Coking Coal
